Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe (and other major analytics platforms), as well as experience working in a Fortune500 organization. Manage a team of digital analytics advisor Lead the overall digital analytics cross-channel strategy. Work with the Director to create visibly of data driven insights to leadership. Work with the business leads to be a strategic partner that can leverage data driven insights to support the strategy. Work the Adobe stack and other digital analytics and marketing technologies to develop a cohesive approach to tools and capabilities. Maintain a long-term digital analytics strategy and roadmap that the team can follow and track against. Educate and guide business and IT partners on the digital analytics capability, and the value of our digital efforts
Critical skills/experience: Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics is necessary and general experience with the whole stack would be preferred
Digital data analysis, Data visualization, Digital analytics solution designs, Working with IT and dev teams on tagging and QA
Focused on shoppers purchase plans; in individual plans – different from commercial support it is individual shopping of plans
driving strategies using speech analytics – strategy of who they want to outreach & what they want to do with specific populations
Stand out previous work experience – sales is ideal. Speech analytics & looking at a multitude of conversations. NEED larger company experience – size of interaction is very important – healthcare not required but sales is fantastic

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience with speech analytics tool – Nexidia- Speech analytics Is preferred – transcribes calls to text & this person will be analyzing calls & chat messages for better sales techniques
Help mature & develop Qualtrics relationship – it is mainly a solution that captures survey type engagements – look over strategy & consumer satisfaction
This is a manager position & need enough technical experience to lead & guide – will be leading people on how to pull the data & need to speak the same language of people working in these platforms – coding is not heavy
