What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Aston Carter?
Description:
- manages the dispatch of technicians to customers when the issue is reported.
- Take detailed notes of reported issues when the service request comes in
- Work with technicians to order parts and write PO's
- Document when technicians have serviced or go out to service requests
- Organize service requests by importance
- Write up tickets for service repairs
- Coordinate schedules of technicians to ensure timely responses
- Will help set up new clients in to their system
Qualifications:
- Service coordinator or Dispatching experience is preferred, but open to someone who has good administrative or office management
- Recent experience working in an office setting utilizing a computer
- Good job tenure, this is the most important. (No more than 3 jobs in 5 years, she is looking for longevity in roles)
