Dispatcher needed for Global Manufacturing Company - Tualatin, OR.
Job Description:
This position is responsible primarily for coordinating day to day field service functions to include scheduling, planning, and data entry. This position will receive most of the working direction from the Field Service Administrator.
Essential Functions
1. Receives and reviews electronic project files from Project Management, Technical Support and Customer Service
2. Selects and assigns the appropriate Field Service Technician to a project, matching the required job skills to the Technicians’ skills and experience
3. Provides Field Service Technicians with required project information and documentation
4. Maintains and updates the project database, scheduling calendar and tracking tools
5. Logs scheduling of projects into the HelpDesk and the Salesforce databases
6. Creates confirmation and cancellation letters sending them via email to all stakeholders
7. Back up to the Field Service Administrator periodically
8. Processing of invoices for payment from customer
Skills:
ms office suite, data entry, adobe acrobat, scheduling coordinating, dispatching, salesforce, autocad, sap
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of programs in the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with large business software tools such as Oracle, SAP desired
• Working knowledge of drafting programs AutoCad and Bluebeam a plus
• Experience scheduling and work planning for skilled trades in a maintenance or service environment is preferred
• Must be highly organized
• Good written and verbal communication
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Must have the ability to multi-task as well as move from one task to another without notice
