This position will provide executive support to the CEO, General Counsel and Board of Directors, and will also involve complex project assignments. Candidate must have excellent judgement and be able to perform and independently coordinate a variety of diverse activities in a professional, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Functions:
Work collaboratively to build an effective partnership with the CEO, Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and Executive Administrative Team to provide a full range of executive assistance with a focus on efficient organization and open communication. Core work includes:
Direct executive support to the CEO & GC
Act as primary interface and communications liaison with internal and external contacts
Proactively manage heavy calendar activity by resolving conflicting demands, scheduling/rescheduling meetings, coordinating meeting logistics
Manage travel arrangements, often including complex logistics
Manage office communications flow (phone, email, mail, message coordination, etc.)
Orchestrate executive events and meetings as needed, including conferencing, audio-visual equipment, meeting materials, catering, external facilities, etc.
Manage administrative activities for the CEO, including CEO correspondence
Manage expense reporting, records management, materials preparation, and other duties as required
Anticipate follow-up and upcoming needs of CEO and General Counsel
Provide support on special projects as needed
Partner effectively with the other Administrative Assistants to support the Senior Management Team
Coordinate and plan large company functions
Direct executive support to the Board of Directors:
Act as primary administrative liaison with all members of the Board of Directors
Orchestrate Board of Directors meetings and events, including travel arrangements, hotel requirements, meeting materials, catering, audio/visual equipment, etc.
Anticipate needs of Board of Directors
Maintain up-to-date contact and preference details for each member of the Board

Must Have EA experience supporting CEO, Board of Directors/General Council
Hands on experience supporting Boards (Not just setting up meetings and preparing documents)
Qualification
Minimum of Five years of current experience providing senior executive level administrative support
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrates and projects professionalism with a high degree of diplomacy, tact, and judgment
Excellent influencing, negotiating, communication, time management, and organization skills
Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential and proprietary materials
Ability to maintain a confidential flow of information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Motivated self-starter with high performance standards, strong attention to detail, and initiative to take action
Strives to exceed expectations with a customer-focus attitude
Ability to multi-task, anticipate needs, shift priorities and balance competing priorities

Salary : $90,000 - $108,000
