Description:
Our client is looking for a mid level analyst to join their team to support the accounting and analyses of pooled bond data from various sources. This position is in the Securities Administration Services group. Duties include:
Responsible for processing the most complex transactions or reconcilements relating to loan or security payments.
Providing remittance and correction information to servicer
Monitoring and analysis of pooled loans to determine non-compliance, communication of information to investors
Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements; participates in system enhancements by attending user group and testing.
Identify and communicate processing exceptions that are relevant to similar series across individual portfolios.
Incumbents must maintain a working knowledge of their area of expertise, including Collateral, Securities, Default or Trust Administration.
May train junior level staff and review junior staff processing and reconciliations.
May propose recommendations and implement automated solutions on an ongoing basis

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics.

Mastery of Microsoft Excel and some additional database experience.
