Description:
. Manage corporate service projects and programs as related.
. Provide insights of project Process, timeline and budget.
. Write and revise scope of work, policies and process flow.
. Create and standardize procedures for efficiency enhancement.
. Improve and enhance the process with current tasks.
. Provide documents of project reports, budget handling and inventory.
. Support management with routine reports.
. Source potential vendors and analyze information as needed.
. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors.
. Coordinate with production teams to provide a great workplace and benefits
. Provide strategic plans for long term programs and projects.
. Perform semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections on the facilities access, camera and turnstile systems.
. Maintain, repair, renovate the security systems, and when necessary manage vendors servicing the facilities security systems.
. Assist with managing the company’s fleet vehicles, and maintaining relations with vehicle leasing representatives.
. Assist drivers of company vehicles with accident management, maintenance, breakdowns, etc..
. Assist with managing company cell phones.
. Project Management; assist with special projects, usually environmental improvements, and other such projects.
. Support with company special events.
. Maintain performance oversight and relations with facility service providers (ie: pest control, landscaping, janitorial, vending, copy machines, etc).
. Assist fellow team members with daily tasks.
