- Will be responsible for entering, paying and reconciling (if necessary) vendor invoices and reconciling vendor prepayments/deposits.
- Will be responsible for processing expense reports.
- Responsible for initiating ACH and wire transfers both domestic and international.
- Maintenance of all intercompany accounting, including international currencies.
- Assist with Cash flow projections/forecasting based on invoice data -aid in bank reconciliations.
- Monitors Accounts Payable inbox and maintain electronic storage of documents.
