- Fielding request for pricing
- Gathering cost from Vendors - phone, emails, and websites
- Compiling quotes from software and submitting back to agents upon being awarded the shipment
- Working in Cargowise - creating files, upload documents, check documents for compliance errors, and address agent
- Knowledge of Power of Attorney and Client/Broker relationships
- Communicating with Delivery company and providing updates to them and the agent
- Monitor shipments for exceptions such as custom and payment holds and communication resolutions
- Invoicing the overseas agent once shipment is complete
- Auditing and posting payable cost
