Aston Carter is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative in the Fort Wayne area!!!!
Onsite in Fort Wayne // Permeant Opportunity // M-F / 8a - 5p // $17-20/hr
MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDER ENTRY, OR INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE
Description:
- Inbound and Outbound calling
- Answer incoming calls regarding customer questions and issues with product information
- Escalate customer calls
- Enter and edit orders in internal system
- Resolve complaints and provide service recovery for customer retention.
LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
Customer service, Customer support, Inbound Call, Microsoft office, Order Entry, Sales Support, Outbound Calls
