• Assists customers with new and existing claims • Promotes participation of our client’s preferred provider programs and services when applicable • Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description • Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines • Actively works to increase product knowledge – utilizes KM and resources from the SCO Intranet pages • Meets performance and dependability expectations as outlined by management • Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement • May be called upon to handle additional duties as required
