What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Technician position at Aston Carter?
Overview:
We are looking for a hard working individual that wants to grow within a tight knit team. Training will be provided, so work ethic and mindset are the keys to this role.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: Flexible hours between 7:30am - 5:00pm
- 8 hour shifts with a paid lunch
Responsibilities:
• Seal receiver collars; as per instructions
• Build assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects.
• Completes all required paperwork.
• Supports cycle count activity and inventory handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience soldering.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Experience working with various hand tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and with a team on projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
• Drive, determination, and ability to hit aggressive milestones/deadlines.
