Aston Carter is currently hiring for a HYBRID (Remote/In Office) Member Outreach Coordinator!
MUST HAVE: 2-3 years of member outreach coordination experience, preferably from the healthcare or dentistry field. Any experience working events is preferred, bachelor's degree preferred.
Description:
Design and develop programs utilizing full understanding of client outreach requirements targeted at increasing member access to dental care.
This is a member facing role the Member Outreach Coordinator on a day to day basis will be working with members to educate them on their benefits within the program.
Will be the go to for the other outreach members, almost more of a team lead type role.
Assess client contracts and determine organization’s requirements in relation to access and outreach efforts.
Develop and customize member outreach programs and activities designed to meet client requirements.
Develop necessary education and outreach materials for the target market.
Develop and implement outbound calling strategies in coordination with internal resources.
Utilizing internal technological resources deploy automatic calls (i.e. Robocalls) to increase member awareness of benefits in an efficient manner.
Identify appropriate community relationships and develop partnerships designed at increasing visibility of client programs.
Develop appropriate presentations and trainings for use in the community to increase education and use of member benefits and the ability to verbally deliver in public setting.
Regularly report on all outreach efforts for client review and feedback.
Regularly monitor access rates by client and provide regular reporting to demonstrate result of outreach and education efforts.
Monitor and stay current with industry trends in dental Medicaid plans and member outreach.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, related field or equivalent work experience and 2 years within healthcare insurance/payer background.
PREFEREED within dental, but open to any healthcare or also a practice mgr or manager at a dental office will work too
If just HS diploma need 4 years in the industry
Team lead/leadership type experience is highly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of general computer software. (Excel, MS Word)
Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions
Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
Ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals with both internal and external customers
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
