Customer Service on Elder Financial Abuse Group:

- Working in a queue from the bank. Someone in the bank creates a form of final abuse. Team reviews documents in the queue and then compare those documents to State Requirements.
- Determine if they have to report the incident to law enforcement or adult protective services.
- Inbound and outbound calls. 15-20 per day. Calling state agencies, law enforcement, etc.
- Inbound calls from the third party companies (could be law enforcement with questions).
- No customer contact - all internal employees, law enforcement, and state agencies
- Reviewing forms from the internal employees that are suspecting potential financial abuse
Support various operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies and other legal documents representing. Seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on customer needs. Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks. Negotiate with external customers to assure resolutions and deadlines are met. Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Must have customer service experience.
- Experience in phone work.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Must have proper grammar and ability to type.
- Financial Experience is helpful when it comes to terminology.
