Responsibilities
. Build, implements, and manages all systems for event coordination, internal communication,
information management, central database management, and marketing.
. Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service,
buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, financial, and expansion systems.
. Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
. Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
. Create and curate social media materials for individual agents and their deals.

. Bend but doesn’t break on time; you’ll have to be firm about blocking out your time for regular work
tasks while remaining flexible during non-blocked hours to deal with whatever arises that day
. 1099er, not a W2 type. This means you’re a leader in the business. Your engagement is critical to
our success and as such you’ll need to use your voice when you notice areas that could use
improvement or have strategized solutions to existing ones. Assertive enough to speak out.
. Confident enough to complete tasks without final approval or constant checking in, patient enough
to complete tasks that heavily rely on collaboration. There will be a heavy mix of both.
. Communication frequency doesn’t correlate with your stress level. This role will be receiving emails
and texts frequently, and while you don’t need to respond to any outside of work hours, some
people are uncomfortable receiving those messages to their personal devices on off-hours.
Communications/Interactions
. Drew Schroeder – daily
. DrewCo and Dynasty teams – daily (often through automated messages though)
. Buyers/Sellers/Vendors/Partners – as appropriate
Shift: Monday - Friday (40 hours) - Opportunity for PTO and can be paid out on PTO hours that are accrued (No pay on sick days) // Has the opportunity to go Hybrid if they preform at a high level and have earned the trust.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
. High school graduate
. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
. Real estate license preferred but not necessary
. 1–3 years of service / management experience
. 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate
- tech savvy (social media, Canva, google sheets, Excel, Microsoft office, etc.) must be willing to learn their CRM
- this person needs to able communicate with buyers, sellers, vendors as an extension of Drew and Rob so they must be able to communicate effectively and appropriately.
