Order Entry Specialist

A Screen Printing Manufacturer is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team in Tualatin, OR for a great long term opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to and from existing and prospective customers.
• You also will ensure consistent customer satisfaction and develop positive experiences for current and prospective customers.
• Outbound calls will be to reactivate former customers (warm calls, no cold calls) who have used the printing services before.
• Order entry and address and resolve customer inquiries (custom print requests, processing orders, order timeline).

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer support, sales support, call center or sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
