Job Description Overview
Responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of Healthcare Company. Recruits qualified medical providers of all specialties (usually physicians); negotiates fees and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines; This position requires keen sales ability, creativity, problem solving, and relational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with assigned Sales Manager to execute the account plan
- Process and assign all inbound sales leads to the appropriate sales team member
- Qualify / Disqualify potential sales opportunities through phone calls and emails
- Follow-up with relevant prospects via cold calls and emails
- Outbound lead generation through phone calls, emails, an in-person events
- Maintain client information in the CRM database
- Work with regional sales and operations teams to execute organizational sales plan
- Help support the sales organization in winning new business
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using CRM
- Up to 10% Travel Required
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of Sales Experience
