Aston Carter is hiring Patient Registration Specialists for a hospital in downtown Indianapolis!
Duties:
- Responsible for registrations and insurance verification
- Greet patients warmly as they enter the hospital
- Collect demographic and insurance information from patients
- Proactively assist patients with registration needs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Self-starter and strong prioritization skills
- Previous healthcare experience is NOT required - will consider retail, restaurant, office, any experience!
- Ability to be on feet 90% of your day
- Stable job history
