Payroll Specialist

This will be a contract position to cover a temporary leave for a current employee.

• Compiling necessary time and attendance data from Whirlpool’s automated timekeeping system in order to perform bi-weekly payroll.
• Performing data audit checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of required payroll information.
• Collaborate with other support functions to ensure adjustments and deductions are submitted for payroll
• Maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee records and payroll information with a high degree of quality and accuracy
• Support local payroll administration, including inquiry and issue support for case management requests

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree (nice to have, not required
• 1 years of timekeeping experience
• 3 years experience in Payroll
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google suite (mail, sheets, docs)
• Experience with automated timekeeping systems (Kronos / UKG
