Production Scheduler
12 hour rotating schedule
Onsite
Description:
You will be responsible for developing and executing the production-planning schedules.
- Daily review of order releases & work center inventory levels to maintain on-time delivery.
- Identify and communicate priorities for all machines to appropriate personnel.
- Work with other departments to ensure valid scheduling and compliance and to expedite orders when necessary.
- Coordinate efforts with production to ensure immediate restart of material when necessary.
- Supply and demand date reconciliation.
- Monitor NCR material to ensure that disposition is timely and material keeps moving.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Ensure orders are started on time and releases are within established WIP Inventory policies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a production environment
- Planning/Scheduling experience
- CPIM Certification desirable.
- MRP/ERP knowledge and experience desirable.
