What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Aston Carter?
Description:
This will be a high level Project manager role. They are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills. This candidate will be talking to customers and clients and managing time frames for both. They need someone who has 5 years of PM experience in a Manufacturing setting. This candidate will be in charge of different project and needs to be able to balance multiple projects at once. They will be in office and will need to understand how a production floor runs. experience with OEM is a huge plus but not mandatory. a degree is preferred but also not mandatory. This person will be overseeing at least 2 projects at a time. They need to understand the cost of a project and make sure they are track to complete the project on time and on budget. This person needs great interpersonal skills for different departments as well. They need to be able to talk to multiple personality types.
