Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (supply chain, business, engineering, operations or related)
• Work/Relatable Experience: 5 years
• Technical/Product Knowledge: SAP, BEX/BW (BEx information broadcasting allows you to make BEx objects and BW objects
available to a wide range of users, according to your requirements. Using BEx Broadcaster, you can precalculated Web
templates, queries, query views, reports, and workbooks and publish them to the portal, distribute them by e-mail, or print
them), Tableau (interactive data visualization software) & WMS systems an asset
• Data analytics - Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, scale the size, & measure the change
• Project lead/Project management experience, accomplishments and success ability with leading a team with a specific
project, deadlines and budgets
Other Requirements (certifications, licenses, etc):
• Logistics or Supply Chain background would be an asset.
• Ability to lead through influence and organize large groups/bodies of work are key success factors due to the cross functional
nature of the roles.
• Proven track record of managing service providers, collaborating with process partners, and delivering on key objectives.
• Ability to apply Continuous improvement and change management across workstreams
