Our client in PA is s eeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and outstanding customer service abilities.
The Receptionist performs routine receptionist duties as well as some clerical and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
The receptionist is also responsible for providing clerical assistance to the Human Resource and Sales Departments as needed.
Required Skills :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years or more of receptionist or office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Word
- Strong communication skills
