What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Dipatcher CSR position at Aston Carter?
Description:
• 9am – 5:30pm OR 9:30am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
• Training is remote with equipment provided
• $14/hour (to start, but pay increases as followed)
Candidates will train in the office for the first 1-2 days
in Field Service dept then go fully remote until further notice. (The company
is not sure how long they will be working remote, could be a few months, could
be permanent.)
Responds to standard questions and concerns from customers;
follows-up with common questions to document nature and status of claim;
communicates in a clear and educated manner.
Field Services Job Duties:
- Candidates will be working with service techs and customers to coordinate furniture warranty service
- They will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Provides primary dispatching and administrative duties related to scheduling requests for service to technicians
- Creates, dispatches and processes work orders to field personnel while ensuring all appropriate documentation and data entry is completed in a timely manner; interprets and follows-up on technician reports.
