Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are centered in obtaining required information related to the onboarding cycle from application to activation, which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation.
- Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with TCFIF Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures.
- Obtain information to qualify new prospects including products and brands carried and distributors purchased from.
- Lead qualified prospects assigned to you through the customer onboarding process from application to activation which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation.
- Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.
- Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Other onboarding related tasks, responsibilities and special projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree and/or 3 years of of experience in banking or finance
- Experience processing loan applications
- Experience in commercial loans (business to business)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organization and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication (verbal and written communication)
- Problem solving skills
