Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you will act as a pivotal ambassador for our company, ensuring the smooth flow and objectives of the service department.
Your main responsibilities include answering customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and inquiries, creating estimates for maintenance and service repairs, scheduling technicians to complete open work orders, and following up on repair part orders.
You will also perform other duties as assigned to support the department's efficiency and accuracy.
Hard Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience in a mechanical environment such as auto dealerships or mechanical service repair shops
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating appointments

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving skills
Work Environment
This job operates primarily in an office environment on the company site with some interaction with a warehouse / shipping area.
