What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Specialist position at Aston Carter?
We are looking to hire a Service Specialist to join our team located in the Natomas Area! This is a full-time, long term role.
Description:
- Assist customers over the phone and face to face to have more accessibility and freedom in their homes.
- Perform in home consultations over the phone to accurately identify the specific needs for every client.
- Places orders for required equipment and follows through with customer during entire process until service install is completed.
- Works with owners and office staff to assist with any additional miscellaneous clerical tasks that can be performed.

Pay: $18-$21/hr, based on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm
