Description:
This employee will be responsible for sourcing candidates for their warehouse/manufacturing team. They will be hiring maintenance mechanics, production technicians, forklift drivers, and warehouse loaders. They will be responsible for navigating through external job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. They will be collaborating with internal hiring managers and handling around 45 - 50 requisitions at a time. There will be checkpoints throughout the day with the HR team but most of the position will be independent work.
-Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to source candidates
-Actively sourcing and finding top talent
-Collaborating with internal partners and building relationships
-Working closely with candidates to have a smooth transition into their role
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Collaborative
-Cross-functional and open to helping
-Communication skills (written and verbal)
-Must be able to navigate through social media platforms and ATS systems
