General Job Description:
• All of these candidates need to Understand day to day operations from Ops risk perspective
• Operational Risk Management is seeking a diversity of talent with Operational Risk experience and knowledge of Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) to support various risk oversight responsibilities of different lines of business and risk types across the enterprise.
• Identify, assess and monitor risk to ensure effectiveness of remediation with challenge and escalation as needed.
Payments Ops Risk Manager - Looking for someone who will help with understanding and organization of major requirements associated with payment processing and map/align to Risk Assessment Units.
• RCSA secondary support
o Meaningful knowledge across enterprise risk management framework, including RCSA, risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, monitoring activities, testing, process and controls, risk analytics and governance.
o Design and develop complex analysis and reporting which evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, systems and internal controls.
o Experience in Financial Services working in consumer lending (Consumer Lending noted but touches Corporate Investment Banking, Consumer Small Business Banking and Wealth Investment Management) with understanding of industry issues, frameworks and emerging risks.
o Experience in complex regulatory environment program support in second line perspective.
• Monitoring RCSA program support
o Explore design, test and validate high level operational risk and regulatory remediation's strategies, quality and data.
o Provide up-front data discovery and analytic supporting operational risk analytics, define and implement data strategies for identifying root cause and issue and remediation surveillance.
o Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets and advising strategies based on research of performance metrics and population distribution/trend.
• Ops Risk Manager with strategy digital innovations—2nd line of defense in financial industry- oversee lines of business- understand products –
