Description:
• Prepare the most complex Federal and State tax returns, computations, workpapers, and schedules, including: Individual Returns.
• Trust & Estate Income Tax Returns, Estate Tax Returns, and Gift Tax Returns. Partnership, LLC, S. Corp., and C Corp. Returns.
• Tax Exempt, Organization Returns, Various state tax returns with emphasis on California.
• Perform technical research supporting positions taken in tax filings, including drafting written memorandums.
• Family office/ lifestyle structure: estate planning, private wealth management.
• Supervise one or more associates.
• Manage all aspects of tax relationships.
• Actively participate in client and business development.
• Involved in local professional and nonprofit organizations.
• Monitor tax law developments and communicate updates to the Firm.
• Conduct training for staff and take a lead role in mentoring and training associates.
• Review returns and filings. Bring in new client relationships.
• Bill a minimum of 1,400 annual hours.
• Write down no more than 15% of billed hours.
• Lead formation of client management policies and procedures.
