Description:
The Training Content Developer, E- Learning is responsible for the professional development of digital technical training content. The candidate will develop digital self-training content for the field based and office based technical service associates using appropriate delivery vehicles that maximize training effectiveness and efficiency, e.g., video, virtual, animation, online, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with the team to develop, manage, and create digital self-help and e-training courses.
- Develop digital training courses for internal and external audiences.
- Create storyboards, scripts assessments and quizzes.
- Create courses using Adobe Captivate or other authoring software.
- Create videos using Adobe Premiere or other video creation software.
- Create audio using Adobe Audition or other audio creation software.
- Create and edit images / animations for use in course development using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Animate or other digital creation software.
- Create interactive digital documentation using Adobe Acrobat.
- Create illustrations and animations using Autodesk, Solidworks or other software.
- Assist in the creation and maintaining of courseware and presentation materials.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years within training and development
2. Experience with an engineering software (ex: Autodesk, Solid works)
3. Experience with content development software's (ex: photoshop, illustrator, premier)
4. Associates or Bachelors degree
