Nursing Home Administrator

Luxe at Wellington Rehabilitation Center is in search of a dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to join our Team!

The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home facility. The Administrator will work closely with the management team and staff to ensure the highest level of care and service is provided to residents, visitors, and employees. They will also work closely with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, community leaders, and local health care providers to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

You Will Bring

·       Active Nursing Home Administrator license

·       At least three years of experience in healthcare management or a related field

·       A bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field

·       Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing homes operations

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong leadership and team-building skills

·       Outstanding organizational and analytical skills

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

·       Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses of at least $1M annually

·       Previous sales or business development experience preferred
