Implementation Support Specialist, Tax

How I will contribute

• You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day processing for your assigned Reseller base, along with backing up team members when required.
• Working closely with the Service team and management on issues requiring escalation to next tier support or development.
• Communicate with federal, state and local tax agencies on behalf of our clients.
• Responsible for following up with your clients on critical issues and resolutions, by email or phone calls.
• You are the face of the Asure tax product for our Resellers and clients, taking ownership and being accountable are necessary for the position.
• Successfully represent the company maintaining a friendly and positive attitude with clients and peers, to resolve client’s requests.

What I will bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Relevant experience in a customer service or technical support role, experience in the payroll software industry preferred.
• Strong client service skills, high attention to detail and work efficiently with others.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.
• Your ability to retain a high level of product knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment, with limited supervision.
• You are a problem solver with a curious mindset.  Logical thinker, but with a healthy splash of creativity.
• Able to work timely, has the ability to embrace agility and change.
