Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot customer electronic devices
- Deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences as the face of Asurion
- Enhance customer experience with our 'serve, solve, and sell' method, promoting the Asurion Connected Home product
- Upsell Asurion product and achieve sales goals
- Contribute to market and store location needs
- Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment
- Self-manage and set priorities
- Demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling, with a focus on listening to customer needs and providing accurate information
Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 6 months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
