Overview:
Asurion is seeking a passionate and performance-driven Sr. Manager of Marketing Analytics to join the team at our Nashville corporate office. The role is part of a growing enterprise consumer marketing team. The consumer marketing team is focused on executing our direct-to-consumer, go-to-market strategies within Asurion and we are looking for talent to lead key analytics. Success in this role requires not only expertise in data and analytics skills but also a strong consultative mindset, communication skills, initiative, and the ability to partner with cross functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced analytics efforts, focused on performance media measurement, segmentation, customer insights, marketing budget allocation, and forecasting
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for marketing efficiency and effectiveness optimization within, and across channels
- Develop and use experiments and marketing attribution models to analyze and simulate the incremental impact of media and marketing for a retail business
- Lead marketing forecasting exercises to help understand potential, risk, and required investments to achieve growth targets
- Provide a high value consultative layer on top of analytics deliverables; tell relevant and actionable data stories
- Synthesize insights generated from sophisticated analyses into simple, meaningful/profitable, and measurable action items and leverage BI/data visualization tool to communicate to stakeholders
- Build a high performing team through effective leadership; set team goals and strategies for how to accomplish them; coordinate work and personal development across team members to maximize team impact.
- Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and communicate expectations and progress to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to establish regular business reviews to track performance and gain actionable business insights that improve execution against key KPIs
What You’ll Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a quantitative disciplines (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Engineering). Masters degrees in related fields are preferred but not required.
- 6 years of experience leveraging analytics best practices to improve marketing initiatives
- Solid understanding of website best practices, ecommerce and digital marketing principles, measurements, and consumer behavior; Experience in developing data-driven strategies to drive customer-marketing activities
- Experience in creating dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Looker required
- Proficiency in SQL preferred
- Experience in statistical modeling and programming language such as Python/R preferred
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a passion for achieving practical business impact.
- Strong project management expertise and experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills including confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization, ability to manage intake, and present insights.

Compensation for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors. This includes adjustments that may be made based on geographic location, business needs, and/or market demands, as well as a candidate’s education, training, and transferrable work experience. Remote, USAThe starting base pay range for this position is $114000-149000 annually with the potential for bonuses and we encourage candidates outside of this salary range to apply.
