The opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance engineer that can work with a talented team of engineers, PMs and other QA engineers with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams across the company to test the best-in-class platform.

What you’ll be doing
- Building detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Manual testing of platform and AI/ML features with new code deployment and releases.
- Working closely with our cross-functional teams consisting of designers, product managers, and software engineers in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the automation group to automate features for better regression coverage
- Openly collaborates with team members. Informing the development team of progress,
- roadblocks, and issues
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Own quality of the assigned features
What to bring
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to write test cases and Work closely with the automation group to automate
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting problems, determining root-cause, and describing a method to reproduce features for better regression coverage
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Some experience with Automated testing
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
- Great sense of ownership and strong concurrent task processing ability
Experience and education
- 3 years experience as a Quality Assurance engineer or Software Tester
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in writing, executing test plans and test cases for enterprise-class software products.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience of various software testing methods like Functional, Regression,Integration, End to end, Performance, etc
- Experience with tools like AWS, Jenkins, JIRA, Github, TestRail, etc
- Some exposure to Selenium automation framework
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
