What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Maint/Rug Maint position at At Home?
Floor maint. sweeps the floor on Mon, Wed and Friday mornings from 7 - 12pm. Also scraps stickers off the floor. Once a month they will use the leaf blower and clean up under tables and fixtures. Give the restrooms a great clean to suppliment the daily cleaning process. Occassionally build things
The rug person will maintain the orderliness of the rug bins. Reroll and bag. Put rugs in the right spot in the right bin. Put up rug displays. This can be a heavy process (think shag rugs). Fold and maintain the accent rug wall
Both positions must be helpful and friendly with the customers.
This can be a one person working 40 hours or up to 3 people working parts of the program. The right individuals will be friendly and able to self motivate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
