Description
The Security Programs Manager is a primary supporter of client-facing employees who are deployed within domestic United States locations. This position is a stakeholder in personnel selection and management decisions and supports administrative (HR and Finance), operational and physical security, and logistics issues relative to the client-facing teams.
This position works within a team environment but much of the work is performed in a semi-autonomous fashion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing personnel, projects, and will be able to prioritize and efficiently handle workload while ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction. This role has an anticipated travel commitment of 25% of the work year.
Duties
- To ensure premier service delivery, function as a liaison between the company, clients, and client-facing security personnel.
- Participate in the selection of security personnel and provide them with management oversight, guidance, evaluations, and general support.
- Review and oversee case notes, time entries and updates.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with client points of contact.
- Support travel logistics and review expense reports.
- Plan and participate in company provided training.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment management.
- Be knowledgeable of all client contract requirements; design and implement solutions to ensure exceptional client service.
- Works closely with the Recruiting and Training/Compliance staff on projects relative to service delivery strategies and/or client satisfaction needs.

Other Requirements
- Suitable candidates must have at least 7 to 10 years of corporate and/or operational experience in dynamic, fast-paced service environments and/or project management positions.
- The ideal candidate is familiar with active assailant prevention & response programs.
- Ability to coordinate staffing requirements across multiple domestic locations.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally.
- Advanced experience in directly managing large, diverse teams is a plus.
