What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Manager/Head Bartender position at AT WORK SPORTS BAR?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a busy bar environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for mixology, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Mix drinks and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure that all drinks are served in accordance with state and local laws.
- Maintain a current knowledge of drink recipes and liquor brands.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Provide excellent customer service.
