What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Development Representative position at Atavas?
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) works as the tip of the spear, as the first touch point for our entire sales organization. The SDR sits at the intersection between our Marketing and Sales teams. The primary role is to respond to prospects who are interested in learning more about Pipl and its products. This includes contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This job relies heavily on the ability to communicate over the phone (video), via email, social media and various 3rd party systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience on the top side of the sales funnel, downstream from marketing. You will use your communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, from first contact to qualification of an opportunity. You will need to have a service mindset with a goal of helping our prospects and customers. This role is involved with after-sales service to help provide our customers with the service they deserve. What you’ll do:
- Qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities;
- Act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, supporting marketing campaigns and sales prospecting efforts;
- Contact potential clients through warm/cold calls, emails, social media and in-app chat;
- Exceed revenue goals on a quarterly basis;
- Accurately track all opportunity and customer details in the CRM;
- Present Pipl product offerings to potential clients;
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products;
- Set up virtual meetings between potential clients and correct sales team;
- Ensure best in class customer satisfaction throughout the sales process;
- Nurture warm prospects and find new potential sales outlets;
- Work with the Customer Success team to properly serve our clients better, through new products or deeper integrations with current products.
