Description :
Pharmacist Inpatient Setting - ASAP and for 13 weeks
5x8's Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend)
Shifts could look like the following : Day shifts : 0630 1500, 0730 1600, 1000 1830, Evening shifts : 1430 2300
MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL - FIRM
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required
SKILLS / EXP REQUIRED : IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders - required;
Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing - preferred
1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred
Scrubs not provided; Professional dress or hunter green scrubs
EPIC charting experience required (FIRM)
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions Only
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
PAY FOR 40 HOURS
$46 HRLY X 40 HRS $1,840
$749.00 Weekly Housing Allowance
$413.00 Weekly Meals Allowance
