Overview
ATCC is seeking a Project Manager with scientific experience. The Project Manager is responsible for leading ATCC's Project NextGen initiative. The Project Manager is a dynamic, client facing role that is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, storage and distribution of biospecimens from Project NextGen clinical trials. They will ensure biospecimens are securely maintained, and documented. They will review and process data, providing progress reports to stakeholders.
The Project Manager is part of the Program Team that is responsible for day-to-day management of the biorepository, reporting inventory, working with the client to proactively resolve discrepancies, and ensuring specimens are received and distributed accurately and promptly. They will provide oversight, and operation, including oversight of the chain of custody, temperature excursion monitoring, specimen shipping, receipt, storage, inventory, distribution, and final specimen disposition.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- PMP Preferred.
- Customer facing experience is required.
- Life sciences experience is required.
- Proficient with Project Management software e.g. Microsoft Project, or Monday.com

- Strong skills in analysis, planning and organization, and pay rigorous attention to detail to coordinate resources and activities.
- Ability to build working relationships with people in the project team and stakeholders in the wider business is vital to business success.
