Position: Medical Call center specialist

Department: Corporate Payroll operations

NOTE: We are looking for those candidate who have recent experience as a call center agents who work in a medical or healthcare setting

Duties:

  • Schedule appointments and reminder call to patients.
  • Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
  • Must answer phones, utilize in-house and pagers, and make overhead announcements.
  • Other assignments as necessary.
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literacy.

Skills:

  • 1 year of experience is required as a call center agent and candidate should be Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
