Position: Patient care tech

Department: Mom/baby

Responsibilities:

  • Turn, positions and ambulate patients.
  • Transport patients, equipment, specimens, and supplies.
  • Provide for patient comfort measures through social interactions
  • Independently obtain and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

Skills:

  • 2 years of experience is required as a PCT.

Certification/License:

  • A valid EKG or phlebotomist certificate is required issued by NHA or any NY state training center.
  • AHA BLS is required

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
