Position: Public Health Nurse (RN)
Highlight of the role: Looking for candidates who have atleast 3 years of recent experience in home health/field or visiting nurse
Duties:
- Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
- Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
- Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
- Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Skills:
- Candidate must be comfortable to visit 4-5 patient in a day.
- Recent home health experience is required for this role.
- A valid RN license is required issued by NY state
- AHA BLS
