What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at Ateeca Inc?
Process requests to purchase goods and services in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days a week in office.
- · Prepare bid documentation for procurement of materials and services
- · Post bids on public bidding sites
- · Review, analyze, and tabulate bids received and forward them to the initiating department for recommendation as to award.
- · Prepare appropriate approval documentation for award
- · Assure that purchase orders and contract files are properly documented and that they are complete
- · Provide administrative support for Inventory Purchasing team.
- · Work with suppliers to expedite orders and update excel tracking file.
- · Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned. Including, occasional Mail Room coverage.
