What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at ATEECO INC?
This position is primarily remote but does require some office/location visits.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst position will be developed as a supporting role for the Revenue Growth Management and Sales teams. This position will be charged with helping to solve business questions and advancing the company’s sales efforts by collecting and analyzing internal and external sales data. This role will provide some supporting responsibilities for the Sales Team and may lead to future sales opportunities within the company.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (BS Preferred) or Business analytical-related field
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in administration – preferably sales and/or marketing
Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no direct reports associated with this role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analytics support Circana, Market 6, Luminate, and all other customer specific databases.
- Post-performance of events/plans and effectiveness
- Support RGM strategic and process efforts including:
- Go To Market Strategy
- Price Pack Architecture
- Channel Strategies
- Vistex Planning Process
- Predictive Analytics Tracking
- Pricing and Trade Strategy & Guidelines
- Provide understanding and report out on business trends including:
- Daily shipment reports
- Circana topline reporting
- Track distribution gains and losses
- Review order pricing and correct/ inform as necessary
- Vistex Maintenance including:
- Member’s table
- Agreement creation
- Partnership accuracy
- Provide guidance to sales on forecast absolute error
- Sales Team support
- Customer Presentations (data analytics as needed)
- Business questions
- Assist/ coordinate building plans, forecasts, and outlooks
- Slotting analysis and payback
- Ad hoc reporting and database / dashboard maintenance
- Financial backup responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
