 We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UX/UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

The position

The UX/UI Designer will work closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Subsequently, the UI Designer will assist the other teams by executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering and will conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• You will elaborate user-centered (UCD) interfaces and deliver to the Development team graphic concepts for:
• Web Applications (desktop & mobile);
• iOS or Android apps (mobile & tablets);
• Smart TV applications (Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Opera, Roku);

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• You will be in charge of Quality Check of the correct implementation for delivered graphic concepts
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
•  Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  

Our technology and tools:

• We document our requirements using Confluence.
• We work on wireframes and designs using Figma, the Adobe Suite and Lucidchart.
• We track development work in JIRA.
• Our developers work across of technology stacks, including node.js, React, Android, and iOS.
• Our QA engineers keep track using TestRail.

 
Your needed qualifications:

•  3- 5 years of UI/UX experience and proven track record
•  Online portfolio that showcases past projects and highlights your direct input in the product design
•   Proven experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
•   Familiar with HTML and CSS design capabilities
•  Ability to work with an existing design system, while constantly updating it according to product needs
•   Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
•   Proven experience in working with agile teams
•   Ability to collaborate closely with developers, project and product managers  spread across multiple time zones.
•   Excellent English skill
•  Ability to make design decisions based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking, following fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, use of white space, typography, etc.)
