Driver Pay :
3 - 5 mo exp $.54 cpm
6 - 11 mo exp $.56 cpm
12 - 23 mo exp $.58
24 mo exp - $.60
Detention Pay $12.50 per hr after 2nd hr
Layover Pay / Breakdown Pay $100 per day EXCLUDING Sundays
