Business Development Leader Position Payment Structure: (1099 Contractor)
1. Payment Structure: You will be compensated after all services are rendered or when
the contract has been compensated to Athletes Global Corporation.
You will be paid: 12% NET of proceeds from all sales and programs generated.
AGC Consulting Group: (Staffing Service Payment Structure)
1. Hourly Rate Contract (Temp): You will be compensated, 20% from every hourly rate position you place. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.
2. Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position: You will be compensated 30% on every full time position you place. We define a full-time position as an, 12-month contract with the company. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract.

Additional qualities of successful Outside Sales Contractors include:
- Sales and working with youth or adults is a plus, but not necessary
- Must be ambitious and results oriented
- Ability to network and self-generate a minimum of 2 sales per month
- All Sales Contractors are 1099 independent contractors.
- Constantly learning and developing new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
- Positioning yourself to understand the marketing needs of our prospects
- A passion to hunt for new business (Cold Call)
- Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Cold Calling (how else will anyone know who you are?) This position allows you to work at HOME.
- Experience managing customers and projects in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a plus. We will provide you with a Nutshell account.

Pay: $62,754.44 - $126,820.51 per year
