Athletes Untapped is the nation's #1 private coaching platform. We're seeking high-quality mental performance coaches & trainers in the Indianapolis, IN area - this includes the city and all surrounding suburbs/counties.

Our coaches typically have at least one of the following experiences: current college player, former college player, current professional player, former professional player, college coach, high school coach, part-time private coach, full-time private coach.
If you're accepted beyond the screening process, you will be required to pass a background check.
About the Company & Role
- What we do: At our core, we're an online marketplace connecting parents/kids with private sports coaches for training. Think Airbnb or Rover, but for private sports coaching. It's our job to help coaches elevate (or start) their training business & provide the tech to easily manage it!
- Gym/Field Space & Equipment: We don't provide training space or equipment, and a lot of our coaches train outdoors - at parks or fields. We ultimately leave it up to coaches & parents to determine when & where to train. If you can't find a space though, let us know and we'd be happy to help.
- Booking Split: We run an 80/20 split with our coaches - so coaches keep 80% of all bookings, and we keep 20%. We run marketing for our coaches, generate partnerships, and build up SEO to help them find athletes to train. That way, their only focus is coaching!
- Schedule: Ideally, every client we send to our coaches will wind up booking 10 sessions (minimum) over time. We found 10 gives the athlete a real chance to make improvements to their game. But that said, there's no set amount of hours, or sessions, per week that you need to complete. The only thing we ask is to respond to parents in a timely manner (within a day or so) when they message you through the app.
- $/Session: We let coaches choose their price per session. Across the country, we've seen ranges from $35-$200/session - but again, totally up to you!
- Who we are: The owners are a married couple with collegiate & professional sports backgrounds. Once their playing days ended, they started private coaching to stay involved with the game & earn extra income - and they loved it. Realizing there wasn't a go-to platform meant to help private coaches scale their business - like Airbnb does with rentals, or Rover for dog walkers - they built AU knowing the impact private coaching can make on a young athlete's life trajectory.
